Message from the Race Director

Dear AIMers,
We’ve decided to add the finish line venue as an additional pick-up point for the shuttle to the start lines so that people can park their cars at the finish line and have their vehicles at hand when they’re ready to leave. If you haven’t already done so, please send us a note or be sure to sign the transport request list when you pick up your race packet. We will still pick folks up from Ramada Resort, but if you plan to park your vehicle there, please note that we don’t offer end of race shuttle service. Here’s the pick schedule:

Be sure to wear your race bib on the front part of your body and in such a way that our cameras can easily capture them; having your bib number in the shot will make it a lot easier for us to find and provide you with great photos of your Ghana marathoning experience. Also, it would be helpful to the race officials to be able to identify you even before you cross the finish line.
There’s still place at the table for those interested in the carbo-loading pasta dinner at the Ramada Resort on Saturday from 5:30-7pm; just drop us a line to join in.
