The half-marathon starts at 0630hrs near GHAPOHA near the harbor entrance in Tema
The 10K race starts at 0700hrs near Nungua Methodist School, Beach Dr, Accra
The 5K race starts at 0730hrs near Teshie First Junction, near Teshie Melcom
All races end at Labadi Beach Hotel, La Teshie Rd, Accra
